This policy describes what personal information The Ad Meter collects through theadmeter.com, why it is collected, and who it is shared with. It describes what the site actually does today rather than a general template.

Who we are

The Ad Meter provides Google Ads management and account audits for businesses in the United States and United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything in this policy at shreyash@theadmeter.com.

What we collect

Through the form on this website we collect only two things, both of which you type yourself:

• Your business name.
• Your email address.

If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com and any details you enter there are collected by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.

If you become a client and grant access to a Google Ads account, we can view advertising data inside that account. That access is granted by you from within your own Google account, is revocable by you at any time, and does not transfer ownership of the account or its data to us. We never ask for your password.

What we do with it

• Send you the audit, brand kit and landing page you requested.
• Reply to your enquiry and arrange a call if you want one.
• Keep a record of the enquiry so we can follow up on it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Third parties that process data for us

Running this website necessarily involves a small number of service providers. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel hosts the website and processes standard server request data such as IP address and browser type.
• Resend delivers the emails sent from the form, and therefore processes the business name and email address you submit.
• Cal.com handles call scheduling if you choose to book a call.
• Namecheap Private Email provides the mailbox that receives enquiries.

Analytics and tracking

At the time of writing, no analytics or advertising tracking scripts are active on this website. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no session recording is loaded. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the tracking goes live, and any consent requirements for your region will be handled at that point.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while there is an active or prospective business relationship. If you would like your details deleted, email us and we will remove them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. In the United Kingdom and European Economic Area these rights come from the UK GDPR and GDPR. Several United States jurisdictions provide comparable rights. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cal.com may set cookies if you open the booking page, under its own policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
